Ordering Details

Online orders: Saxscape mouthpieces can be ordered and paid for online, with credit card or online check, or with your Paypal account. For shipping outside the US, $15 is added to your order.

Check or money order: In the US only, you may send me a check or money order, with your mouthpiece order information, payable to Kenneth Barry at this address:

Please include $250 plus $10 shipping+handling ($260 total) per mouthpiece. I will do the finish work on the mouthpiece, and deliver it, when the check or money order clears and the funds are deposited in my bank.

Filling/Delivering the Order: When I receive your order, I complete the mouthpiece to your specifications, and notify you when it is sent. Currently this process takes about 3 to 4 weeks. If I receive a large number of orders, this time will increase, and I will notify you of your expected time of delivery. Please feel free to contact me at any time to discuss the progress on your mouthpiece. Orders in the U.S. ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail, with Delivery Confirmation.

Exchange/Refunds: If you would like to exchange your mouthpiece for a different model or tip opening, please send it back in like-new condition, notify me within 2 weeks of your receiving it, and let me know what you would like to try instead. Please send it USPS Signature Confirmation. If you would like a refund, send the mouthpiece back in like-new condition and notify me within 2 weeks of your receiving it for a full refund including shipping and handling. If the mouthpiece has any damage, I will deduct $25 for a re-finishing charge. Please also let me know what you didn't like about the mouthpiece so I can work on improving it.
